it's amazing how that works.

The hardest things for me are removing the flares and then making sure that they're clean before applying the heat.  Otherwise is like waxing your car over top of the dirt!!!

OK, I know this thread is old, but here is the way the TJ looks after Friday.  I'm really too tired to do the driver's side.

Something always throws a monkey wrench into these plans for me.  As of now, only the October 17 rides look do-able for me.

My wife is having rotator cuff surgery on the 14th of this month and the doctor told her he won't allow her to drive for at least the next six weeks.  (Even though she could drive with one hand/arm, if something were to cause her to instinctively reach for the wheel with both hands, it could be disasterous for her shoulder.)  (He also told her that he doesn't want her to cook for those six weeks--but we won't discuss that here.)  My mother-in-law will be going to a nursing home for respite care during those six weeks, and I have already been informed that after church on Sundays, we will be driving to the nursing home in Carlisle for the 2:00 chapel service and then to take Mom for a Sunday drive  (I don't think the gamelands qualify for that definition).

I think I can convnce my wife to still do the local run on the 17th of October, but the rest will probably be out of the question.  The Saturday and Wednesday runs might be a possibility for me, but Mary Ann would be stuck at home since she can't drive.

And just to confuse things a little bit more, we are planning to travel to New England from October 2 through 8, and our granddaughter has a soccer tournament the weekend of October 9 and 10.  If her team gets eliminated early . . . check that thought.
