What are the fees?  is it just the park fees or is there others too for other things?

I'm sure there will be some empty seats, our club finalized the fees last night so I will be posting them on http://www.crawl4christ tomorrow hopefully.  Hope some of you can make it!  We're planning for a large turnout.

http://www.crawl4christ.com/registration.htm

So is that $65  per person?  $65 for driver and $65 for each passanger.  What is the price for kids and where is the cut off age?

The $65 covers

  • Three days of wheeling at the park, includes driver and passengers with seatbelt
  • Two nights primitive camping (tent/popup - no electric) (driver and passengers)
  • Friday night movies (driver and passengers)
  • 4x4 games Saturday afternoon if enough interest (driver and passengers)
  • One Saturday night dinner ticket for driver (passengers must be purchased separately)
  • Entertainment Saturday night (driver and passengers)
  • One raffle ticket

Those that register before March receive ten free raffle tickets!
Those that register before May receive a free event-t-shirt!  Additional shirts can be purchased separately

Hope this helps.  I'll try to make this clearer on the website as well.  Thanks

I am really, really tempted; but camping out is NOT an option for me.  And staying in a hotel by myself would destroy at least 50% of the commeraderie.

I'm not against a hotel but I had a hard time finding a good one for a good price.  If all 4 (if I get 4) of us stayed in a hotel we could split the cost and be only a small amount more.  I don't plan on hitting any hard trails.  I don't want to break down there.  I just want to meet a bunch of other Christians for a good outdoors weekend.

Even If I stay in a tent my dad may be interested in a hotel.  I'd have to ask.  Ed, ever use an air mattress?  I was thinking about on of those raised ones.  We have a standard queen right now but it has a small leak somewhere.

Let's just say that I don't think I've ever had two nights of sleep that were even close to being identical.  Every night when I go to bed, it's like an adventure.  And that has nothing to do with my wife, unless she decides to banish me to the living room!  So an air mattress might work one night, but not the next.
